HOW DO I REQUEST A CUSTOMER SERVICE INSPECTION?

Click on the “Schedule CSI Inspection” button on the top left corner of the screen. If you received a notice from your city or water supplier, please select the appropriate city or water supplier from the list. Otherwise, select one of the “Independent CSI Request” on the top of the list or “Full Schedule” on the bottom of the list. Contact us if you need help.

HOW DO I REGISTER FOR A CLASS?

Click on the “CLASSES” tab and select the license you currently have or are looking for. All the courses that are applicable to the license selected will be displayed. Select your desired course and the proceed to register for one of the courses under upcoming Classes. Check the TCEQ REQ 521 acknowledgement and then add to cart. If desired, add multiple classes using the same steps. When you have finished adding classes, proceed to check out by clicking on the shopping cart icon on the top of the screen and select “Checkout”. Proceed to fill out the required student information or login to your account to finish registration.

HOW DO I REGISTER FOR MULTIPLE CLASSES?

To register for multiple courses, you’ll need to repeat the registration process in the previous multiple times. When you have finished adding classes, proceed to check out by clicking on the shopping cart icon on the top of the screen and select “Checkout”. Proceed to fill out the required student information or login to your account to finish registration.

HOW DO I REGISTER MUTIPLE STUDENTS TO A CLASS?

Please contact us to set up a company account. This will allow you to manage multiple employees and keep track of their licenses and expiration dates.
